Who is eligible for Washington University off campus housing?
All graduate students who are enrolled full-time at Washington University in St. Louis are eligible to live in graduate housing. All students enrolled who undertake an academic workload consisting of any combination of courses, work experience, research, or special studies that is considered a full-time workload are eligible.
Washington University Affiliates are exchange students, visiting researchers, post-docs, interns and hospital residents and staff and faculty of Washington University, and are eligible.
Professional and graduate student samily housing is available. Full-time graduate students may request housing for themselves and their dependents. Family is defined by a partner or spouse, children, and legal dependents. Family housing is not for extended family members (parents, siblings, etc), unless the family member is a legal dependent.
Searching for Housing?
To begin your process, select the housing type. Select a location you are interested in to find out more about the area. Once you have selected the location you have two ways to search:
1. Go to Floorplan Details to view all apartments located in the community listed. You can review the layout of the apartment, how many bedrooms, price range and check the availability.
2. Click on the Available Now links [see "Undergraduate Students" & "Professional & Graduate Students, Staff & Faculty" above] to see which apartments are actually available.

I may be looking for a roommate?
Apartment Referral Office offers an online Roommate search for affiliates of the university. This voluntary features is provided to help you connect with other newly admitted or existing WU students who are also looking for a roommate.
Where do I have my mail sent?
Your mail will be delivered to your mailbox in your building.Your mailbox number corresponds to your apartment number. To verify your address, review your lease document in the address line.

If I have a package delivered and I am not home...How can I pick it up?
Usually UPS, FedEx and other delivery companies will leave a note for you on the front door to the building.They may ask that you pick it up at one of their locations.Other times they will deliver the package to the Quadrangle Housing Office at 700 Rosedale.You will receive a phone call or email notifying you of the package arrival.
Package space is limited so we are not able to accept packages over 50 lbs or multiple packages at move in.
