Move in Pledge We're so sure you'll be happy, we guarantee it. At Quadrangle Housing total resident satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your apartment, we'll release you from your lease within the first 30 days from the date that you were given your apartment keys.

If you are not happy, we will solve it.

Maintenance Service Pledge We assure you that a Quadrangle associate will respond to your service request within 48-hours. If special parts or outside services are required, we will take care of those arrangements and complete your request as quickly as possible.
